Tilden McCoy + Dilweg LLP is a nationwide Indian law practice representing tribal governments and businesses, development partners, and others on a variety of Indian country matters, with an emphasis on Indian law and tribal governance, including federal acknowledgement and Indian Child Welfare Act; Indian lands; and gaming, development, and finance.

On Indian law and tribal governance matters, Tilden McCoy + Dilweg LLP works with clients on a wide range of matters, such as general counsel representation, federal acknowledgment, tribal law development—with substantial experience drafting tribal constitutions, codes, ordinances, and resolutions—Indian Child Welfare Act matters, Indian housing law, Indian probate, and cultural items repatriation.
